5. We Coordinate & Get to Work

Your Project Manager coordinates your work and, where appropriate, allocates tasks to the relevant VA, freelancer or specialist professional.

You have one central point of coordination while the appropriate resources work behind the scenes to deliver your agreed requirements.

6. Progress, Updates & Delivery

You’ll receive relevant updates as work progresses, together with completed deliverables, recommendations and next steps where appropriate.

Your Premium Package includes up to 20 hours of professional business support within the agreed scope of work.

The 20 hours may be allocated across multiple support activities according to your priorities and requirements.

Your Project Manager will review your onboarding information and determine how your support allocation can be used most effectively.

Consultation, project coordination and administration are included within the overall support allocation unless otherwise agreed.

Unused hours do not roll over into a subsequent month unless otherwise agreed in writing.

What’s Not Included

The package includes business support, administration, implementation, research and project coordination within the purchased time allocation and agreed scope.

The following are not included in the package price and may be quoted separately where required:

  • Website rebuilds or major development
  • Video production or video editing
  • Professional copywriting outside the agreed scope
  • Photography or videography

  • Specialist third-party services
  • External suppliers or contractors
  • Specialist consulting outside the agreed package scope
  • Work requiring resources or time beyond the agreed allocation

Where additional services, specialist resources or external suppliers are required, we will discuss the requirement with you and provide a separate quotation for approval before additional costs are incurred.
