Your 5-Hour Support Allocation
Your package includes up to 5 hours of business support within the agreed scope of work.
You may allocate hours across multiple support activities, depending on your priorities and requirements. Your Project Manager will help determine the best use of your available support allocation.
Unused hours do not roll over into a subsequent month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
What’s Not Included
The package includes business consulting, administration, implementation, research and project coordination within the purchased time allocation.
