We’ll provide ongoing podcast administration and publishing support across up to five approved channels.
Your Project Manager coordinates the work and ensures your agreed podcast administration and publishing tasks are managed consistently.

Where included within your agreed scope, we can schedule approved podcast-related content across your selected social media channels.
This may include:
- Episode announcement posts

Up to 5 Approved Channels
Your monthly package includes administration and publishing support across up to five approved channels.

We then coordinate and manage the agreed publishing workflow.
Project Management Oversight
Your podcast support isn’t simply handed to a VA and left for you to manage.
Your Project Manager oversees the agreed work, coordinates the resources involved, monitors the publishing workflow and provides a central point of coordination.
Where appropriate, VAs or freelancers may assist with specific administrative tasks while the Project Manager oversees delivery.
This means you don’t have to continually brief and coordinate multiple people yourself.

This is a podcast administration, maintenance and publishing service. It does not include full podcast production.

Where editing, design, content creation, SEO, marketing campaigns or specialist services are required, these can be quoted separately.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all information, content and access required to complete the agreed work.
This includes:
You are responsible for ensuring that all supplied content is accurate and that you have the necessary rights and permissions to publish recordings, images, music, logos, guest information and other materials.
Third-Party Platforms
Podcast hosting platforms, social media networks, streaming services and event platforms are third-party services and remain outside the control of JustBE Consulting.
We are not responsible for delays, outages, technical problems, account restrictions, copyright claims, content removals, algorithm changes, platform policy changes or other issues caused by third-party platforms.
Where a third-party platform experiences an issue, we’ll assist with the agreed administrative response where reasonably possible, but cannot guarantee platform availability or publishing times.

It does not include podcast production, audio/video editing, custom design, comprehensive copywriting, social media management, paid advertising or other specialist marketing services unless specifically included in your quotation.
The package is dependent on the timely provision of recordings, approved content, platform access and other required information from the client.
Additional channels, services or work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
