The Right People Behind Your Project

A Custom Project isn’t simply assigned to one freelancer and left for you to manage.

Depending on the scope and specialist requirements of your project, JustBE Consulting may coordinate a team of VAs, freelancers and specialist professionals to provide the expertise required.

Your Project Manager oversees the project, coordinates the resources involved, manages priorities, monitors deliverables and keeps the project moving according to the agreed plan.

This gives you one central point of coordination, while the appropriate professionals work behind the scenes to deliver the project.

One Project Manager. The Right Resources. A Clear Delivery Plan.

You don’t need to find and manage multiple freelancers yourself. We can coordinate the moving parts for you.

Custom Project Initiation Deposit

The Custom Project Package is purchased as a non-refundable project initiation and scoping deposit.

This deposit secures the initial consultation and project scoping process and will be credited in full toward your approved project fee.

The deposit is not the total cost of your project.

Following your consultation and assessment of your requirements, you will receive a detailed project proposal and quotation outlining the recommended scope, deliverables, timeline, resources and total project investment.

No project work beyond the agreed scoping process will commence until the proposal has been accepted and the required payment or agreed milestone has been received.

What’s Included in the Initiation Process?

Your project initiation includes:

Review of your initial project requirements
Business and project discovery
Kick-off consultation
Clarification of objectives and desired outcomes
Initial scope assessment
Identification of required resources
Preliminary project planning
Recommended delivery approach
Project proposal and quotation

Where appropriate, we may recommend a combination of JustBE Consulting resources, including VAs, freelancers and specialist professionals, to deliver different elements of your project.

Project Pricing

Every Custom Project is individually scoped and quoted.

Your final project investment may be determined by:

Project complexity
Scope of work
Number and type of deliverables
Estimated hours
Project duration
Required expertise
Number of resources required
Level of Project Management
Third-party costs
Software or licensing requirements
Project deadlines

Your proposal will clearly outline the agreed scope and associated costs before project delivery begins.

What’s Not Included

The initiation deposit does not include the full implementation or delivery of your project.

Unless specifically included in your approved quotation, the following may be quoted separately:

Custom graphic design
Branding and brand development

Ready to Discuss Your Project?

If you have a business project that doesn’t fit neatly into one of our standard packages, let’s create a solution around what you actually need.

Purchase the Custom Project Initiation Service.

Your initiation deposit will be credited toward your approved project fee.

Important

The fee payment is a non-refundable project initiation and scoping deposit, not the total cost of your project.

The deposit will be credited toward the final approved project fee.

Purchasing the Custom Project initiation service does not constitute acceptance of a project scope or guarantee that the requested project will be undertaken. The final scope, deliverables, timeline, resources and project fee will be confirmed in a separate proposal and quotation following the discovery process.

No implementation work will commence until the project proposal has been accepted and the agreed payment requirements have been met.
