Podcast Maintenance Package (5 shows per month)
This package ensures your podcast content is consistently published, promoted, and updated across all platforms. For up to five events per month, we provide:
- Podcast Graphic and Episode Details: Update and upload episode-specific images, text, and descriptions using your podcast graphic template for each guest/show.
- Video Uploads: Upload the approved video link to the corresponding event page.
- Platform Management: Once content is approved, load all media and event details to Eventbrite, Facebook, LinkedIn, Streamyard, and YouTube.
- Social Media Scheduling: Schedule social media posts for each episode, including: Event announcement, Day-of reminders.
- Posting of the recorded episode.
This package streamlines your podcast workflow, ensuring every episode is fully prepared, promoted, and accessible across all platforms with minimal effort on your part.
- Client will need to supply podcast graphics, images, account logins for channels and buffer scheduler, as well as the exact text to be used for each episode.
- Graphic design, video editing and copywriting are charged separately.
